I am Sigurd Miedema. I hold qualifications in psychology and counselling. I am trained in a range of therapeutic approaches and have the knowledge, understanding and experience to adapt the therapeutic process to your individual needs. I fully acknowledge and respect that you are the expert in your life, and my role is to help you access your own strengths and find the solutions that will lead to long-term and effortless recovery.
